Fibromyalgia syndrome is a disorder characterized by pain and stiffness in soft tissues, including muscles, tendons (which connect muscles to bones) and ligaments (which connect bones to other bones). Pain and stiffness can occur throughout the body or confined to specific areas. This syndrome is often experienced by women.
Symptoms : Patients feel the pain and stiffness in the joints or muscles. Often the pain of the tendons that attach muscle to bone.
Treatment : In addition to medical treatment, patients can also self-medicate. Treatment was done by adjusting themselves to not stress, get enough rest, and regular exercise.
