Membranous nephropathy is a disease in which tiny blood vessels in the kidney (glomeruli) become inflamed and thickened. As a result, protein leaks from damaged blood vessels into the urine (proteinuria).

For many, the loss of this protein ultimately led to some signs and symptoms known as nephrotic syndrome.

In mild cases, membranous nephropathy often get better by itself, even without treatment. In many people, the disease eventually leads to kidney failure. Although there is no cure, only treatments available to slow the progression of the disease.

Membranous nephropathy usually develops gradually, so people often do not see anything wrong. When the loss of more protein from the blood, may be visible swelling in the feet and ankles because of excess fluid. Many people also experience swelling of the onset of the disease.

Signs and symptoms membranous nephropathy include

A. Swelling of the foot and ankle
2. fatigue
3. Decreased appetite
4. difficulty sleeping
5. Increased urination, especially at night
6. blood clots
7. infection
8. foamy urine
